The following ten images from The Sun- which is a tabloid magazine suggests that these stories are mostly aimed at younger generations and people that are not interested in very educated/ formal stories. The people that will read this are more into gossip and celebrities but don't read magazines.
The past ten tweets from The Sun are also aimed at younger generations, reaching out to them on social media rather than on the internet page or on the actual newspaper.

The following ten images are from The Huffington Post. These posts are mainly about politics and the elections happening in America, another known topic within these tweets are to do with Halloween and how popular it is. The age range could be for the older generation as it gives more information.

Web 2.0

Web 2.0 is the second stage of the internet at which the difference of static web pages to dynamic or user generated and the content with the growth of social media. Tim O'Reilly was the founder of O'Reilly media and he promoted the terms opens source and web 2.0. The Guardian seem to have many stories on the Web 2.0 situation and most of them are to do with communication and social media.

VOIP:
VOIP stands for Voice Over Internet Protocol, it is a type of hardware and software that allows people to use the internet as the transmission for telephone calls by sending voice data in packets using IP rather than by the traditional circuit transmissions.
According to https://getvoip.com/library/what-kind-of-voip-equipment-do-i-need/ it states that:
"Users can need as little as one item (aside from the service), a phone. VoIP users typically need a phone for most functionality. Many providers offer a virtual number service, which forwards call to your phone (typically mobile phone). Additionally, these services establish a number and voicemail that are separate from your personal number. In doing this, users are also fitted with a number of features (exclusive to VoIP) such as auto attendant and voicemail transcription. In terms of appearance these services can have a very positive effect on a users company."
You can use a device called 'Magicjack' which uses VOIP in order to be able to make free, local and long-distance calls to the U.S. and Canada using an existing internet connection. However using this has a different sound quality as it is free and you are not able to get the quality you might get when paying standard rates.
One app that allows you to use VOIP is Viber. Viber allows you to place voice calls over data or Wi-Fi to any other users of the app, anywhere in the world, for free however Viber out calls will cost but if both people use the app it's completely free. This app is also a cross platform meaning that you can download the app on Android, IOS, Blackberry, Windows Phone and more.
Another app that allows you to use free calls is Skype, it has a massive following and it is known for free voice calls, video calls and texts which can be used with other users of the app for free as long as they are connected to the internet. Skype is also a cross platform with the app allowing it to be on your computer and on a range of phones like Apple and Android and Windows.
Thirdly, another app that uses VOIP is Magicapp, its the same company that run the MagicJack however this is simplified down to an app for Apple and android. The app works on your smart phone to give you free domestic calls and texts without any subscriptions and it's totally free.
